We plan to establish children's churches and ministries specifically for deaf children, meeting their special communication needs and allowing them to take leadership. Deaf and hearing adults will receive training to minister to deaf children and encouraged to assume leadership responsibilities for the ministry(ies). We will work alongside the Mexican church, training them to minister to deaf children and deaf adults.
