Our cash budget for our assignment in Thailand is $22,550. While we have completed our latest fundraising cycle and are now in Thailand, we still have some outstanding cash needs. Specifically, due to the devaluation of the US dollar versus the Thailand Baht, we arrived with a loss of about 18% in purchasing power. Considering our $22,550 cash budget, that means our purchasing power is down nearly $4,100. These funds will pay for language school, setup of our household, and setup of our media ministry. |
