Bible School Ministry

Since the beginning of the Mahar's ministry, they have labored in several areas. They have been involved in Bible College administration and teaching, however, Pat's first love is church planting and evangelism. Pat says, "There is nothing like witnessing someone coming to Christ and seeing demon-possessed individuals delivered through the power of Jesus Christ..

Evangelism

The Mahars' next ministry goal in the summer of 2006 is to begin an evangelism thrust. Many villages have already been mapped out for this endeavor. "It will be a great step of faith," Pat points out, "but we have already won the battle." Please, pray for them, that the Lord will continue his fresh anointing on them, their family and their ministry.

After a year of deputational ministry stateside, they will return in Summer 2006

Assembly Bible School - the Bible school in Tlokweng has grown from 5 to 30 students in the last five years.

Preaching and teaching - Sermons in the local church through Patrick, our interpreter (a Bible school student), in the village of Kumukwane where many were saved.

New STL addition!
We use this 'out on the road' STL vehicle for evangelism deep in the Kalahari desert. There are no La Qunitas Inns with free continental breakfast bars. But, we manage occasionally to kill and eat a small gazelle!

Bumby roads - If you think deputation is difficult on I-95 in central Florida, then try logging 1,083 kilometers in 7 -8 hours on this road. No! We're not there yet!

STL - Speed the Light Vehicle - And you thought it was just cars. STL assisted us in purchasing this Nissan Patrol and many other ministry tools (sound system) we use in evangelism.
